Sport

At Rossall academic and sporting development work in service of each other.

Rossall’s Sports programme is led by a Director of Sport who oversees the development of all students. Whatever your level our programme concentrates on:

  • athletic development
  • personal growth
  • strength and conditioning
  • cross training

Our coaches provide clear direction and combine technology, like video analysis & GSP, with systematic coaching systems to ensure the progress of each student.

Sports programmes at Rossall are not just about tangible results, we develop the student by challenging the athlete, teaching them skills which will help them throughout their lives.

We will work closely with any sports clubs a student is part of helping to:

  • facilitate their training programmes
  • offering Sports Mentors
  • attaining the right balance in their lives
