Trainee Teacher Graduate Programme
Rossall is a wonderfully enriching Senior School environment. Each phase is carefully structured to nurture independence, social interaction and a healthy and active approach to learning.
A Sixth Form education at Rossall is designed to stimulate and challenge in equal measure – we want our sixth formers to be intellectually curious, to be able to articulate and defend their opinions. At sixth form level, Rossall offers the traditional A Level route and the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
The Rossall Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep schools are close to our Senior School and are part of the wonderful, historical campus overlooking the coastline.
There is no shortage of technology and the pupils have access to the top quality facilities of the Senior School.
Beyond the extensive sports facilities, pool and theatre there is a nature conservation area and a space science and astronomy centre.
Non-teaching staff make-up 58% of the staff at Rossall School and play a vital role in the School’s success.
Non-teaching staff provide essential services for the whole school ranging from day to day office support to financial and business management.
Onsite support staff include caretakers, people responsible for recruitment and marketing, cleaners, caterers, ground staff and many more.
Rossall Summer School is an intensive language programme combined with general activities, specialised skills, and cultural experiences.
The Summer School is designed to appeal to boys and girls from all over the world, running throughout the 8 weeks of the Rossall School summer holidays.
The Junior Programme accommodates children aged 8-11 and the Senior Programme is for children aged 12-17. We encourage a minimum two-week stay for all pupils.
