Old Rossallian and English soprano Jane Wilkinson grew up on the Fylde Coast. After leaving Rossall in 2002, Jane was accepted to study at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Glasgow before going on to study at the Royal College of Music, London. Jane is an experienced performer in all aspects of singing. She currently sings and teaches in London, but regularly returns to Rossall to perform with the Choir and judge The Big Sing, a competition for local primary schools.
Jane was recently short listed for the BBC Radio 2 Kiri Te Kanawa Prize. She was lucky enough to sing for Dame Kiri in a masterclass at the Royal College of Music.
