It is an absolute pleasure to welcome our wonderful new colleague to Rossall School.

Dr Tom Fraser-Bourne

Name: Tom Fraser-Bourne

Rossall role: Director of Studies and Teacher of Mathematics

Work history: I trained on the job as a Teacher of Mathematics at Brentwood School (2017-2020) before taking on the Head of Mathematics role at Bryanston School (2020-2023). Prior to teaching, I completed my PhD in Mathematics at the University of St Andrews specialising in algebra and theoretical computer science.

First impressions of Rossall: A friendly and welcoming body of staff, students and parents. A glorious campus (though the weather's certainly helped this week!) and lots of positive, can-do attitudes all around!

Favourite bit of Rossall so far: The commitment to academics, desire to learn and levels of resilience shown by the students.
